Job description

Purpose of the Position: The Oracle Guiding Learning (OGL) / Documentation Lead is responsible for the creation, configuration, and maintenance of in-system guidance through Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), as well as the development of ERP process documentation. This role ensures that OGL delivers clear, intuitive, and up-to-date guidance for users at the moment of need. In addition, the OGL / Documentation Lead will document current and future business processes, organize resources into a searchable knowledge base, and maintain accuracy through system changes and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Include: OGL Content Development: - Build and configure OGL guides, smart tips, walkthroughs, and embedded videos as prioritized by the Training Lead. - Test and validate all OGL content in both sandbox and production environments. - Keep OGL content current with Oracle quarterly updates, process changes, and system enhancements. - Apply a consistent style guide to ensure clarity, tone, and usability.
