Role Overview The Quality Control Supervisor leads the audit team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company quality standards. This role oversees inbound and production audits of unfinished and finished goods against Tech Pack specifications, ensures all work orders are audited and 100% inspected in a timely manner, and partners closely with the Product Integrity Manager to prioritize workload and maintain accurate reporting. The Supervisor provides training, coaching, and evaluations for auditors, maintains detailed records, communicates quality standards clearly, approves strike-offs when needed, conducts audits as required, and supports special projects while serving as backup to the Product Integrity Manager.
