We are seeking a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to join our interdisciplinary teams in a unique 50/50 split role between Harborview Medical Center and Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC) . This position offers a rare opportunity to operate across the full continuum of pediatric care—from providing acute trauma and bereavement support in an inpatient hospital setting to delivering integrated behavioral health and outpatient therapy within a community-based primary care clinic. The ideal candidate is an adaptable clinician who thrives in interdisciplinary environments and is passionate about providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care to diverse pediatric populations and their families. Harborview Medical Center | Inpatient & Intensive Care At Harborview Medical Center, the Mental Health Therapist serves as a core member of the interdisciplinary team within the Inpatient Pediatric and Intensive Care units.
