They will develop, monitor, and manage the statewide quality assurance and improvement plan for all facilities and work with various stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures. This position will also provide direct support to the CMO in chairing the state-wide Patient Safety Committee. In addition, this position will be involved in grievances, complaints, ACA accreditation and compliance. This position develops, implements, evaluates, and monitors programs in partnership with the facilities and regional teams.
