Location North Yorkshire: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced procurement or buying professional who is comfortable operating in both a strategic and operational capacity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ideally have: - Proven procurement or buying experience within packaging or a related category - Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of delivering measurable value - Experience managing suppliers and contracts across a multi-site operation - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capability - Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Experience supporting operational teams within a manufacturing or FMCG environment - The ability to analyse costs, challenge pricing, and identify improvement opportunities - A collaborative and proactive approach, with confidence working cross-functionally across Group and site teams Company Information: Sofina Foods isn't just a food company - It’s a place to build your future.
