Job Description: Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position The Role: Strategic Advisors Technology (SAT) is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to play a vital role i n one of Fidelity's critical strategic programs. In this role you will partner with Fidelity business stakeholders to understand their key business drivers and business requirements. This is not just about gathering requirements; it's about understanding the "why" behind them. You will then work with your Development Team and technology counterparts to translate these into user stories and deliver high quality, innovative and timely solutions. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business and functional requirements and confirm these via meaningful artifacts (Business Requirements documents, process flows, use cases, etc.) Performing cost-benefit analyses to ensure technology investments for the given business requirements are strategically aligned, financially sound, and deliver maximum business value Converting business requirements into actionable delivery plans with defined milestones and timelines Identifying and managing risks and dependencies for planned wo...
