We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisors (trainee or experienced) to join our high-performing team in either our Toyota OR Volkswagen Service teams in Chullora. About the Role: Hours: 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Saturday (overtime rates) - Act as the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a welcoming and professional experience. - Accurately assess and document customer concerns and vehicle issues. - Recommend appropriate services and repairs, providing clear and transparent explanations. - Prepare detailed repair orders and maintain accurate records in the dealership management system. - Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate and prioritise repair work. - Provide timely and proactive updates to customers throughout the service process. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. - Promote dealer...
