The Postpartum Virtual Nurse provides remote clinical support, education, and guidance to postpartum patients and their families. This role focuses on maternal and newborn care, assessment, education, and coordination of care using telehealth platforms. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports. 2. Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions. 3. Answer patient questions via phone, or video4. Triage concerns and escalate care to providers when needed5. Conduct virtual postpartum assessments for mothers and newborns 6. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required: 1. Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program. 2. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. 3. BLS certification within 6 months of hire 4. 1+ years of post-partum experience required Preferred: 1. Bachelor’s degree in nursing. 2. Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
