The AWS Developer / Integration Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining the serverless integration layer that connects Amazon Connect, AWS Bedrock, Amazon Kinesis, and Salesforce within a FedRAMP High (IL4) AWS GovCloud environment. This role develops Lambda functions, configures real-time data pipelines, builds Salesforce integrations (including Platform Events and Lightning Web Components for AI Coaching), and ensures seamless data flow across all four AI capabilities. The engineer also integrates AI outputs with Verint for quality management and configures Kinesis data feeds for the Post Call Analysis dashboards.
