Infrastructure Finance Lawyer Canary Wharf, London Vice President to Executive Director: Morgan Stanley’s Securitised Products Group Lending Europe team (“SPG Lending”) focuses on asset backed lending ranging from traditional commercial real estate to pools of loan assets. The business which sits within Morgan Stanley’s Fixed Income Division is recognized for providing traditional and innovative financing techniques, helping a wide range of clients throughout Europe to execute their business strategy. SPG Lending is looking to recruit an experienced lawyer for its Structuring and Execution Management Team to work on all aspects of infrastructure finance transactions, with particular focus on energy projects. This is an on-desk role, placing you at the forefront of structuring and documentation for complex deals across renewable and conventional energy sectors, as well as broader infrastructure assets. You will work closely with originators, syndication / securitisation teams, and external counsel to deliver innovative financing solutions.
