Compensation: $90k - $110k annually Location: Scottsdale, AZ: Workplace Setting: Fully Onsite: POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Integration Manager is responsible for helping Cardone Ventures clients achieve their transformational growth goals by leading the rollout, integration, and adoption of our CRM product offering (Scale). Working directly with clients and internal stakeholders, this individual manages end-to-end CRM implementation, provides strategic guidance, and ensures clients are equipped to grow their businesses through effective use of our platform. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, marketing automation, and customer success. Success requires deep CRM expertise, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centric environment. The Marketing Integration Manager will own the systems and workflows that drive client engagement, revenue attribution, and cross-platform data integrity — while continuously identifying opportunities to improve both the client experience and the product itself.
