About Crenn: Dominique Crenn opened Atelier Crenn, an ode to “poetic culinaria,” with her business partner Juan Contreras in January 2011. The restaurant achieved its first Michelin Star that same year and garnered a second the following year. In 2018, Atelier Crenn became the first female-led, US restaurant to receive three Michelin Stars.
