The Intern – Public Relations will gain experience and knowledge in the Resort’s communications. Intern will rotate through different areas, including guest services/recovery, where they will learn to respond to guest complaints using our online system, track the resolution process, and understand the importance of maintain guest relations. They will also be involved in the processing and filing of donations and sponsorships, as well as the creation of Resortwide communications such as emails, letters and press announcements, and assist in special event planning.
