We are looking for a Shop Manager for our Basingstoke store to help run our shop and raise our profile in the area. Doing all you can to increase income to support the work of the Trust, your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, merchandising, pricing, stock sorting and rotation, banking and staff planning. All our shops aim to offer a pleasant customer experience with a good old-fashioned bargain to boot and we expect our Shop Managers to reflect this in their approach to work. It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
