Description Are you ready to lead meaningful outdoor experiences that challenge and inspire teens? The Adventure Trip Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and leading three offsite wilderness trips per season, each a 4-day canoeing experience on the Buffalo River in Arkansas. This role works closely with the two CLP Coordinators to supervise and support 16 CLP teen campers (ages 15–16) throughout each trip. The Adventure Trip Coordinator manages all logistics—gear and food packing, campsite setup, transportation, and outfitter communication—while ensuring a safe, mission driven experience that promotes growth in spirit, mind, and body. During non-trip weeks, the Trip Coordinator will assist with general program duties as assigned.
