About the Role The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key leader on the Coach account, responsible for managing complex, high‑visibility retail programs from award through installation. This role partners closely with Account Executives, design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and field teams to ensure operational excellence, financial discipline, and a consistent client experience. This position requires a strong operator who can manage detail while maintaining a broader program view. The ideal candidate brings experience managing large‑scale retail or fixture programs, demonstrates sound judgment under pressure, and is comfortable operating as an extension of the client’s internal team. Location: This position is a remote opportunity; however, preference will be given to candidates located near Fredericksburg, VA, or Dallas, TX due to occasional travel requirements.
