Description Purchasing Specialist Help drive inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction at Wesco Turf. The Purchasing Specialist plays a key role in supporting purchasing operations by managing inventory flow, vendor communication, and order accuracy across multiple product lines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is looking to grow within a stable, long-term organization. What You’ll Do: - Support the Principal Buyer with Toro purchasing, including stock, direct shipments, and shop service orders - Provide purchasing support for Allied vendors across 50+ product lines - Place daily purchase orders and manage buyer queues - Maintain strong vendor relationships and clear communication - Monitor inventory levels, fill rates, and product availability - Review product status and manage inventory requirements daily - Reconcile daily receiving issues in coordination with Receiving, Accounting, and Customer Service - Communicate backorders, ETAs, and order status changes; update systems accordingly - Verify pricing and part number changes and communicate updates internally - Maintain inventory supplies (boxes, labels, bags, etc.)...
