Job Description Summary: The Patient Care Technician (PCT) Trainer is responsible for onboarding, precepting, and training new PCT hires to the innovation center in which they work. Collaborates with the unit leadership and nursing education to oversee integrating new PCTS into the unit team and ongoing educational needs. Works with Innovation Center staff to develop strategies for implementation of ""best practices"" and grow opportunities for core staff with in the unit.
