Injury Management Coordinator Brunel is looking for a part-time Injury Management Coordinator to join their team. This role would suit someone with experience in workplace injury management, return-to-work coordination, or a related field, supporting employees through the recovery and rehabilitation process. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - To promote the vision of safety, health, productivity and wellbeing of workers as the key priorities for Brunel. - To develop and provide safe, timely, efficient, and responsive return to work co-ordination programs for injured Workers within an established injury management framework. - To maintain efficient workers’ compensation claims management to ensure that the actual and potential costs to Brunel are minimised. - To monitor and report on claim trends and safety incidents and develop strategies that address injury management. - To assist with the review process for Pre-Employment Medicals and assist in the provision of training programs for same. - To assist in safety and quality improvement projects and the continual improvement of Brunel’s performance and processes. - To ensure the activities associated with the successful return to w...
