Service Center CSCS TX: This is an on-site position located in Lewisville, TX. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operations - Analyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement - Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancements - Demonstrated ability to persuade others to change existing processes and practices - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure operational consistency - Design, run, test, and upgrade systems, tools, and processes. - Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-based decision-making across entire center portfolio - Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions - Lead or support capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion - Comprehends applicable health and safety requirements and reg...
