Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with SQL and SAP ERP and knowledge of spreadsheet software. - Ability to have attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement along with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with management.
