Job Description: Overseeing the planning, execution, and safety of product and system installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This position reports to the Technical Services Manager and has no direct reports. Responsibilities: - Transfer of ownership of Installation Projects from account manager in respect of service delivery - Manage and Deliver projects on time, within budget, to quality standards and customer satisfaction - Project Planning: Create and maintain comprehensive, full-scale project plans using tools like Microsoft Project or Similar. - Acting as the main point of contact for clients, facilitate regular status meetings and distribute clear performance reports and resolving issues. - Managing installation teams/subcontractors and r...
