Job Description: Integrated within the brand's ROBOT and AGV Technical Service team, the role involves working with internal clients (Sales, Marketing) as well as external customers. You will participate in the pre-sales phase by defining the product that best suits client needs and, in the implementation, /post-sales phase by providing hotline support, application development, and client training. Additionally, you will collaborate in the development of new applications, participate in trade fairs, and provide support for troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
