HRIS Engineer - BI, OTBI - 18 Months Contract

Job description

We are looking for an HRIS Engineer specialised in reporting to join our highly committed and dynamic international Global Enterprise IT team on an 18th month assignment. The Enterprise IT team is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure as well as developing and administering internal systems. You’ll play a key role in the HRIT landscape. By providing your expertise on Oracle HCM, you’ll be responsible for the configuration, customization, and support of the system. You’ll support business-critical processes and integrations. What you will be doing: - Develop, maintain and optimize our Oracle HCM instance to ensure seamless integration processes; - Configure, design and support Oracle HCM to effectively meet the business requirements; - Utilize fast formulas, SQL and data analysis tools to generate reports and integrate HR applications; - Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data integration ensuring the data integrity; - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and transform business needs into effective solutions; - Create comprehensive end-user and technical documentation; - Support application training sessions; - Attend to projects ba...
