The Customer Service Business Coordinator is responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) reporting and analytics to deliver accurate, actionable insights that enhance service performance, improve customer experience, and support strategic decision‑making. The coordinator will oversee the creation, maintenance, and distribution of dashboards, performance reports, and key service metrics, ensuring data reliability, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
