Job Description Booker Vineyard & Winery, founded in 2001 by Eric Jensen, is renowned for its premium estate wines from an 85-acre organic and regenerative vineyard in westside Paso Robles. In 2021, we unveiled a state-of-the-art visitor center featuring underground wine caves and a tasting lounge integrated with the vineyard environment. Position Summary: The Reservations Coordinator supports the Visitor Center & Events team in delivering exceptional visitor experience and world-class customer service to guests at Booker Winery. As directed by the Senior Manager, hospitality and events the Reservations Coordinator performs administrative and operational duties related to the Visitor Center & Events operations, including tracking of online tasting and program bookings, phone and email inquiries, group bookings and onsite guest support.
