JOB SUMMARY: Salary range: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour. Work location: Hybrid; Vancouver, WA. Holland is seeking a driven and proactive professional to join our dedicated and deadline focused accounting team at our corporate office in vibrant downtown Vancouver, Washington. The Project Accountant I is responsible for providing foundational accounting and administrative support to the construction and development accounting team. The Project Accountant I assists with routine financial processes, document handling, and preliminary project accounting tasks in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Prepare, gather, and organize documentation needed for project and pursuit financial activities. - Support the processing of invoices, billings, and related project cost documentation. - Maintain accurate records, logs, trackers, and files to support accounting workflows. - Assist with the preparation of routine financial summaries, reconciliations, and other basic project accounting tasks. - Assist with the identification of discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues to Project Accountant II or Senior Project Accountant as needed. - Commun...
