Position Overview: The Operational Excellence Manager is one of the most operationally critical seats at Entyre. This is not a “process documentation” role. You will travel across our markets to challenge, analyze, and improve local operations — working directly with General Managers and teams to strengthen execution. Your mandate is simple: find inefficiencies, hidden risks, and failure points in how we operate — and eliminate them. You will go to the source of operations (Gemba), observing how work actually happens on the ground and dissecting processes down to the smallest detail, even when they appear to function.
