Axos Bank Target Range: $160,000.00/Yr. - $180,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job: The FVP, Portfolio Manager Lead will oversee and manage a team responsible for the ongoing monitoring, risk assessment, and performance of a portfolio of non-real estate lender finance clients. This role is critical in ensuring credit quality, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in structured finance, asset-backed lending, and lender finance transactions, with strong leadership and analytical skills.
