Hiring Manager - Lee Riche Closing Date - 22nd April 2026 The Opportunity: The primary purpose of this role is to lead and grow new business activity for Optimus, ensuring delivery against company-wide revenue targets. This includes: The role plays a critical part in supporting Optimus’s growth and industry presence by strengthening client relationships, identifying upsell and retention opportunities, and aligning internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience. - B2B sales across conveyancing (including searches) and surveys, led through Business Development Directors, Business Development Managers, and Business Development Executives. - B2C sales across conveyancing (including searches), surveys, and Optimus Home products, delivered via New Business Team Leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Team Targets: Drive the consistent achievement of team targets through effective coaching and development.
