How you'll make an impact: Managing and resolving employee queries in line with HR policies and procedures; Offering support on compensation, benefits, leave, and other HR-related topics; Processing HR transactions and maintaining accurate employee data in internal systems; Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance for all processed documents; Prioritizing tasks and delivering a high level of service within agreed timelines; Building strong client relationships and escalating risks when needed.
