Job Title: NASA Spacecraft Electrical Power Systems (EPS) Engineer Job Category: Engineering: Time Type: Full time: Minimum Clearance Required to Start: NACI Employee Type: Regular: Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US: - * * The Opportunity: CACI is looking for an experienced Spacecraft Electrical Power System (EPS) Engineer to work with NASA on its U.S. Deorbit Vehicle to safely deorbit the International Space Station (ISS) when retired. This system engineering position involves insight/oversight of human-rated space vehicles specializing in the electrical power systems that encompass energy generation, energy storage, and power distribution systems. Typical areas of focus will be verification and validation of ISS power quality requirements, ISS visiting vehicle requirements, fault management, mission sequencing, etc. This work requires collaboration with Commercial Spacecraft prime development contractors.
