Compensation and Commission: - Hourly : Starting at $19.00 - $23.75 per hour depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $39,520 - $49,400. - Bonus : Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
