This role is responsible for conducting workplace fact findings, facilitating conflict resolution, advising on performance management processes, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions. The ER Specialist ensures compliance with company policies and labor laws while fostering a positive and respectful work environment. Additionally, this role plays a key part in building and maintaining constructive relationships with employees, and management.
