In this role, you will manage our department's cyclical processes, administrative systems, and learning knowledge base. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our employee engagement, compliance, performance initiatives, and content libraries run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who can leverage AI tools and software to find efficiencies, provide deeper analysis of our talent data, and ensure our employees have seamless access to the knowledge they need. This role will report to the Sr. Talent Development Specialist. Responsibilities: Requirements: Compensation: The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $64,000 to $78,000.
