Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Full Time Location: Arizona: Department: Clinical Services Reports To: Operations Manager / Supervising Neurologist Job Summary: The Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides advanced clinical care to patients with neurological conditions under the supervision and collaboration of a neurologist. This role includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, managing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing ongoing patient education and follow-up care in an outpatient neurology clinic setting. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care: - Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and patient evaluations. - Diagnose and manage neurological conditions, including those resulting from TBI-related injuries . - Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with neurologists. - Prescribe medications, injections, and therapies in accordance with Arizona scope-of-practice laws . - Order, review, and interpret diagnostic studies (EEG, imaging, labs) and communicate results to patients.
