Salary: £56,344 - £58,582 per annum (Inclusive of 7.5% Market Supplement) Hours per week: 37 hours: Interview date: Week Commencing Monday 08 June 2026 We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Manager to lead our Discharge Service in the West Locality. The role is based at the Royal United Hospital but covers a range of settings, including rehabilitation beds in community hospital settings. This is part of a broader county-wide discharge service that offers supportive, integrated working. We provide a network of support, guidance, and professional development to support you in this role. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient and effective service delivery for adults in Wiltshire, supporting the flow across acute and community settings to achieve positive outcomes for our customers. This includes ensuring “HomeFirst” principles are at the centre of our practice and ensuring assessments/support delivery is provided in a safe and timely manner.
