Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday; hours are flexible between 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am- 6:00pm - There is also flexibility to work 4, 10 hour shifts, if preferred Responsibilities: Qualifications: With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - This position will support patients with Hepatitis C access treatments - Supports the development and execution of community outreach strategies, initiatives and events that align with IU Health community outreach priorities, in meeting the identified needs of the communities. - Provides assistance to team member volunteer programs. - Provides administrative coordination for the system team in areas such as meeting management, budget coordination, and ad hoc project support. - Supports the assigned Manager and team in successfully executing initiatives and events. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required. - 0-3 Years of Experience. - Ability to work in a complex business environment. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, background managing program/event logistics. - Experience in mana...
