Department: 11827 Support Operations Division - Corporate Security Investigations Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 1st shift, travel to other sites as needed. Pay Range: $33.05 - $49.60 It's More Than a Job, It's a calling! Position: Investigator: Location: Advocate Corporate; Oak Brook, IL. --Will travel to all IL/WI sites as needed Full Time; 1st shift: Major Responsibilities: - Implements best practices in the area of security investigations including case management, interviewing and interrogation protocol, and report maintenance. - Provide system wide problem-solving assistance, guidance, and consultation to staff regarding security investigations, and services as a liaison to law enforcement agencies. Coordinates cases with law enforcement as necessary. - Investigates significance cases of internal policy violation or action that are or may be criminal in nature. - Gathers and analyzes data obtained through the investigative process to identify patterns, trends, or causes and recommends correction action to reduce further occurrences. - Develops in collaboration with other departments such as Compliance, Gen...
