SUMMARY: The Bar Back keeps the bar stocked with product during the all hours of operation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure beer, wine, and liquor is stocked at all times. Secure alcohol during non-operational hours in accordance with all applicable local, county, and state liquor laws. Assist bartenders and cocktail servers with general closing duties. Check identification for all guests that appear under the age of 30 and attempting to purchase alcohol in accordance with all applicable local, county, and state liquor laws.
