SUMMARY: The Arrowhead Lead will prepare & make sure all food is consistent quality food, cashier and help train the Arrowhead staff to ensure excellent customer service in a clean and friendly environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize Agilysys system to ring in orders, receive funds, and count back change. Prepare food consistently according to standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean & stocked work environment. Ensure food safety and appropriate sanitation measures are followed. Stock items applying appropriate dating and rotation principles. Operate and clean commercial restaurant equipment according to standard operating procedures. Perform prep work as needed and to Executive Chef’s standards. Receive, use, and return a bank with appropriate paperwork daily....
