Job DetailsJob Location: Prince Frederick - Prince Frederick, MD 20678Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 Salary​​​​​​​The Supportive (Palliative) Care Nurse Practitioner is a primary member of the Supportive practice and will play a vital role in building a support network for people with advanced, complex illness in and around Calvert County. The nurse practitioner will treat patients with cancer, chronic illness or dementing and debilitating diseases and must be willing to see patients in a variety of settings including traditional homes, nursing rehab facilities, assisted living facilities or any place of residence, and our outpatient supportive care clinics.
