About the Position: The Project Specialist OR Junior Project Manager is expected to oversee and manage, as assigned, multi-faceted projects and apartment renovations. This position also provides overall project support for the Capital & Insuite teams including general admin, project reporting and oversight. Compensation: The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 . The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training. Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package.
