Are you ready to be a part of our Teen Academy? The Teen Academy program is a summer work + internship program which began in 2016 at the IHG Army Hotel in Joint Force Base San Antonio. In 2017, other IHG Army Hotels took notice, and a portfolio-wide program was born. Benefits of the Program: Unless otherwise required by law, participating teens may NOT work more than 40 hours per week, work more than 8 hours/days, 5 days/week or work overtime.
