Job Title: - AP/AR Manager Location: - 222 S Harbor Blvd, #720, Anaheim, CA 92805 Salary: - $110,000 - $160,000/year Position Type: - Full-time - Exempt (Salaried) - Monday – Friday - 8:30 am – 5:30 pm - Hybrid after 90 days – 3 days in office/2 days remote Reports to: - Senior Accounting Manager Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable AP/AR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee daily accounts payable and receivable operations, supervise staff, and resolve discrepancies. You will ensure all transactions are processed accurately, properly documented, and fully compliant with internal controls. Additionally, you will play a key part in our growth by establishing new accounting systems and processes from the ground up to improve overall workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and proactive in identifying improvements. A strong understanding of accounting principles, cash flow management, and financial reporting is essential, and familiarity with Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) is highly preferred.
