Flight Operations Engineering Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring a Flight Operations Engineering (FLOE), First Line Manager (Level K) . FLOE is part of the BCA Customer Support organization. This position is based in Seal Beach, California. Position Overview: As the Manager, you will be leading the Flight Crew Operations Manual (FCOM), will collaborate closely with BCA Airplane Programs, BGS Mods and Conversions, Flight Technical and Safety, Customer Engineering, and other organizations to support the development, production, and delivery of this critical operational document. You will lead and advocate for a skilled team committed to delivering the highest quality output, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the Boeing fleet. In this role, you will also engage with customers around the world to gather feedback, understand operational requirements, and stay informed of industry trends, with the goal of enhancing the customer experience and consistently exceeding expectations.
