Create your best future and join Westpac as a Service Owner, Pricing What’s the role?: As Service Owner, Pricing, you’ll provide leadership across Westpac Group’s mortgage pricing strategy, operations and capability. You’ll be responsible for how home loans are priced across brands and distribution channels, ensuring pricing decisions balance strong commercial outcomes with fair and consistent customer experiences. You’ll lead the Mortgage Pricing squad and oversee the Pricing Escalations Team, setting strategic direction and supporting effective pricing approvals and escalation processes. Working closely with distribution, product, technology and risk partners, you’ll also play a key role in strengthening pricing capability and systems and driving ongoing transformation of the pricing ecosystem. This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney, with a hybrid working model that supports flexibility and collaboration.
