Parking Supervisor

Job description

ABM is hiring a Parking Supervisor. This role focuses on supervising maintenance staff and coordinating facility upkeep for parking garages and related exterior areas. The Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance activities, schedule power washing and cleaning services, ensure safety and compliance standards are met, and coordinate repairs with vendors and internal teams as needed. This position does not require HVAC experience. The Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day planning, scheduling, and execution of work assignments while supporting operations and schedules. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a clean, safe, and guest-ready parking environment. Pay: $25.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
