PACE Business Development Supervisor

Job description

Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Senior Enrollment Manager the Business Development Supervisor is responsible for direct oversight of the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) recruitment & marketing efforts while ensuring that budgeted goals are met. In addition, this position will be responsible for development and implementation of marketing and outreach activities to promote and maximize awareness of PACE within the community. Essential Functions of the Job: - Supervises the PACE business development team and assists in streamlining the marketing processes to ensure quality and efficiency. - Efficiently tracks and gauges performance of marketing staff via PACE CRM and EHR as needed.
