Description Job Title: Medical Clinic Staffing Coordinator Department: Franklin County Medical Clinic: Reports To: Clinic Director: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Hours: 40/week: Shift: Days: JOB DESCRIPTION: The Medical Clinic Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staffing needs of the medical clinic while supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinic staff. This role coordinates interview scheduling, manages job postings, and assists in hiring efforts to ensure the clinic maintains appropriate staffing levels to support patient care and operational needs. The Staffing Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for shift coverage and scheduling coordination, helping ensure adequate staffing and timely communication with clinic personnel. In addition, the Medical Clinic Staffing Coordinator manages training and competency tracking for clinic staff, ensuring licenses, certifications, required skills, and annual requirements remain current and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.
